Dr. Matz has been practicing podiatry in Auburn, California since 2007. She strives to keep people's feet healthy for a lifetime.
Dr. Matz was is a proud Iowan, raised in Dubuque. She received her B.S. in Biology from Truman State University in Kirksville, MO. Subsequently, Dr. Matz attended Des Moines University, College of Podiatric Medicine, Des Moines, Iowa where she graduated with her doctorate. She then completed a three year surgical residency at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, Rhode Island.
She is a member of the Sutter Independent Physicians Organization. As well as, the American Podiatric Medical Association and California Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Matz as privileges at both Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital and Sutter Roseville Medical Center.
Dr. Matz enjoys the wide array of patients she sees on a regular basis from age 2 to 102. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, swimming, and crafting.
